Biography

Amy Dilday has been practicing law since 2005. She has been Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Appellate Practice since 2014. 

Prior to beginning her practice, Amy graduated cum laude from Stetson University College of Law.  There, she served on the Stetson Law Review and its Moot Court Board. Amy was also invited to and completed Stetson’s Honors Program. 

Upon graduation from law school, Amy was a staff attorney for the Honorable Dougals A. Wallace at Florida’s Second District Court of Appeal, where she was began practicing the technical, analytical, and creative aspects of appellate research, writing and advocacy with the supervision and mentorship of the appellate court judges. She then joined appellate departments of insurance defense and business litigation firms before becoming Of Counsel for Florida Appellate Firm. 

In her professional career, Amy is a leader in the local legal community. She is serving on the board of the Pinellas Chapter of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers for a fourth year, and is a member of the Clearwater Bar Association’s Board of Directors. She has been named as a Best Lawyer honoree in appellate practice for the past five years.
