Shannon L. Troutman, Esq., B.C.S.

Shannon L. Troutman, Esq., B.C.S. is an experienced appellate litigation attorney having been involved in over 70 appeals. Before joining The Florida Appellate Firm, P.A., Ms. Troutman was the senior associate in the appeals department of a national law firm based in Tampa, Florida. She graduated from Dartmouth College in 2006 and Rutgers University School of Law in 2010, where she served as president of her class. She is admitted to practice law in Florida, New York, New Jersey, and Georgia, as well as the United States Courts of Appeals for the Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Eighth and Eleventh Circuits. She is also Florida Bar Board-Certified in appellate practice.  Ms. Troutman currently serves on The Florida Bar Appellate Court Rules Committee.
